1. PRAELIQ Plus
PRAELIQ Plus is offered at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. The initial founding offer includes a seven-day trial followed by $9 USD per month unless a promotion, tax, or localized price displayed by Stripe applies. Current subscription benefits include securely screened private evidence uploads, recognition timeline analytics, virtue signals, and advanced member insights. Founding-stage features may be introduced progressively and will be described before they are treated as included benefits.

2. Digital delivery
PRAELIQ Plus is a digitally delivered service. Access begins after successful payment or at the start of an advertised trial. During the founding period, some benefits may be released progressively. Features explicitly marked forthcoming, preview, beta, or pending are not guaranteed to be available immediately. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, or returns associated with the subscription.

3. Automatic renewal
By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method supplied at checkout on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation. Applicable taxes may be added. Failed payments may lead to retry attempts, temporary restriction, or cancellation.

4. Trials and promotions
If a free trial is offered, its length and the date of the first charge will be shown before checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the plan automatically converts to a paid subscription. Promotional pricing applies only for the period and eligibility stated; the regular recurring price applies afterward.

5. Manage or cancel your membership
Use the secure PRAELIQ Stripe Customer Portal to review your subscription, update your payment method, access billing documents, or cancel at any time. You may also email info@praeliq.com from the subscription email address. Request manual cancellation at least 48 hours before renewal to allow support time. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

6. Refunds
Because access is digital and billed monthly, completed subscription charges are generally nonrefundable and are not prorated for partial periods, unused features, or a failure to cancel before renewal. PRAELIQ may issue a full or partial refund when required by law or, at its discretion, for duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, or a material failure to provide the purchased service. Submit a request within 14 days of the charge with the transaction email and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.

7. Price or plan changes
PRAELIQ may change pricing or included features prospectively. Existing subscribers will receive reasonable advance notice of a material recurring-price increase when required. Continuing after the effective date constitutes acceptance; subscribers may cancel before the new price takes effect.

8. Contributions and other purchases
Voluntary founding-support contributions do not purchase equity, ownership, investment rights, or charitable tax deductions and are normally nonrefundable except for duplicate or unauthorized charges or as required by law. Consulting, speaking, organizational pilots, sponsorships, books, courses, and other offerings may have separate written delivery and cancellation terms displayed before purchase; those specific terms control if they conflict with this policy.

9. Charge questions and disputes
Please contact PRAELIQ before initiating a bank dispute so the matter can be investigated quickly. Include the payment date, amount, and checkout email, but never send a full card number by email. Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable law or card-network rules.
