2. PRAELIQ’s purpose and founding stage
PRAELIQ is a recognition and professional-identity platform inspired by The Love Genome™ framework. It is designed to help people preserve personal, professional, scholarly, and community contributions through profiles, recognition narratives, portfolios, and related tools. PRAELIQ is in a founding-development stage. Features described as forthcoming, beta, founding access, pending, preview, or planned may change, launch progressively, or be discontinued.
Policy detailsSection 3+
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an independent profile or purchase a paid membership. A minor may appear in recognition content only with appropriate permission from a parent, guardian, school, organization, or other authorized adult. Organizations using PRAELIQ for minors are responsible for lawful consent and supervision.

4. Guest access and optional ChatGPT sign-in
Public pages may be viewed without an account. Visitors may reserve a founding profile as a guest using a valid email address. “Sign in with ChatGPT” is optional and may be used for identity-enabled features. A guest reservation does not create a ChatGPT account. OpenAI and ChatGPT are third-party services; PRAELIQ is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by OpenAI unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Policy detailsSection 5+
5. Profile information and account responsibility
You agree to provide accurate information, keep contact details current, and use only an identity or organization you are authorized to represent. PRAELIQ may request reasonable verification before granting editing access, applying a verified designation, transferring a profile, or resolving an ownership dispute.
Policy detailsSection 6+
6. Public content

Email addresses and payment details are not intended to appear on public profiles.

PRAELIQ may review public submissions before or after publication. We may investigate reports and remove content, restrict functionality, suspend access, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful authorities when reasonably necessary. Policy detailsSection 18+
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify PRAELIQ and its owner from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your unlawful conduct, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Policy detailsSection 19+
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to send a written description to the support email and allow 30 days for an informal resolution.
